How Does Evolve Body Contouring Works?

The Evolve system transmits energy via a system of hands-free applicators that are attached to the skin. It’s totally non-invasive, which makes it an excellent treatment for those who want to avoid more invasive body contouring treatments like microneedling.

Evolve has three settings, to sculpt the body in three different but important ways.

Trim

Trim is the fat-reducing mode. Through a combination of radiofrequency and vacuum, it heats the adipose tissue that is stored below the skin. It destroys the fat cells while remodeling the skin, for total body sculpting.

Tite

Tite is the skin-firming mode, perfect for addressing skin laxity. Radiofrequency heats the lower levels of the dermis in a process called skin remodeling. It stimulates collagen production, which is essential for countering loss of tone and tightening the skin.

Tone

Tone is the “workout” mode. It uses electricity to stimulate the muscles, causing them to contract repeatedly. These muscle contractions go far beyond the average gym session, helping to increase muscle strength profoundly and improve definition.

Targeted Areas for Evolve Body Contouring

Evolve can be done on almost every part of the body. Because the system can cover a relatively large area, it’s best suited for the following body parts.

Abdomen & Flanks

Evolve is the ideal ab-maker, so the stomach is the most popular treatment area. All three treatment modes can improve the look of the abdomen, by addressing unwanted fat, stimulating the muscles, and firming the skin. We can also use it on the flanks to address “love handles,” as well as on the back to reduce unwanted bulging.

Thighs & Buttocks

Evolve body sculpting is excellent for the thighs, glutes, and buttocks! Using the Tone mode gives a mini-butt lift, while the Trim mode can reduce unwanted fat and help with cellulite. The Tite mode is excellent for generally tightening up the skin on the legs or buttocks.

Arms

The arms are the smallest area that benefits from this treatment. Evolve Tite can help firm and tone the skin around the upper arms if you’re bothered by loose skin or “bat wings.”

Before Appointment

For two weeks before your appointment, you cannot use antibiotics, tretinoin (Retin-A), Aspirin, iron (in any form), or any medications that cause blood thinning.

After Appointment

Then, for 24-72 hours after your treatment, avoid hot showers, saunas, and jacuzzis

What to Expect After Evolve Body Contouring?

Evolve has no downtime, so you’ll be able to resume your normal day-to-day business immediately after your treatment! You may experience a bit of redness in the area that was treated, but that will dissipate within a few hours.

As for aftercare, please be diligent with your sunscreen and avoid harsh exfoliants for the two weeks following your treatment.

You will see some results immediately after your first treatment, but Evolve body contouring is not a one-and-done. For the best, most dramatic results, we recommend purchasing a series of 4 treatments and coming in every week.

After your series of sessions is complete, you’ll keep on seeing improvement for up to 4 months after your treatment. Once you’ve achieved maximal results, it’s important to maintain them with exercise and great nutrition.
